Returns & Exchanges

Purchases or gifts may be returned within 14 days of the day you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning any merchandise. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.                                       

Note: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that can be tracked (UPS, FedEx, or Delivery Confirmation with USPS). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival. Look for an exchange within a week. Credit card refunds require more time--they will appear in your next billing cycle.

Exceptions:  1) CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS  such as special occasion dresses are Special Order and may not be returned. 2) HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE is a final sale as of the date of the holiday. 3) PERSONALIZED items are not returnable (unless we made a mistake).
